Car rental All inclusive Rates
With our car rental all inclusive rates you can relax, they are fully inclusive of all you need such as: Unlimited mileage, mandatory insurances (CDW, TP, liability), airport surcharges and taxes.

Age
Minimum age for car rental is generally 21 years and you must have had your license for a minimum of 2 years. Drivers below 25 years of age will have to pay insurance for under aged driver, aprox EUR/USD 25 per day. In some countries a max age applies for rentals.

Cancellation and amendment
Cancellations are accepted with full refund until 24 hours prior to pickup without any fees. A penalty will apply for later cancellations. Amendments can be made without charge until 24 hours prior to pick up.

Car types
Please note make and model are examples only for the vehicle group when you rent a car.

Child seat and optional items
Please request for optional items upon booking, costs are in general EUR3-8 per day depending on destination. Optional items (ie: ski/luggage rack, child seat, snow chains, etc) are on a request basis only.

Countries
The car rental companies will allow you to drive the cars in countries only. Some cars can only be driven in the same country as you are collecting from. For driving to Eastern Europe and Africa restrictions apply.

Deposit
At the time of pick up the local supplier will require a security deposit to be left for your vehicle. This takes the form of an amount being blocked on your credit card. This amount will be returned in full at the end of the rental provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as rented.

Drop box
If you return the vehicle at a closed station, a drop box is sometimes available, check the procedure with the car rental company upon pick up.

Extra driver
Extra driver are available at an additional charge, at some destinations extra driver is free, see information during the booking procedure. The extra driver has to be present upon pick up. See also Gold Rate for US rentals.

Flight number
Please state you arrival flight number if your pick up is at an airport. This is to ensure you that the rental car is available if the flight is delayed.

Gold Rates
In the US we offer Gold Rates also including an Extra driver and one tank of gas. Meaning you pick up the vehicle with a full tank, returning it empty.

Insurances
With our car rental rates you can relax, they are fully inclusive of all you need such as: Unlimited mileage, mandatory insurances (CDW, TP, Liability), airport surcharges and taxes. Please note that personal insurance are not included. Please check your travel insurance that personal accident cover is included. Please read the terms and conditions carefully upon booking for any exceptions. See also Refundable excess or Zero excess.

Insurance exception
Please note that ie windows, tyres, undercarriage are not covered by the insurances. This can be covered by insurances offered at time of pick up at an additional charge if needed.

One way rental
You may pick up your car at one destination and return it at another, at an additional fee. One way rental are free of charge within the same country or state in the US. Drop offs between countries are rather expensive, estimates are over EUR1000. In the US when drop off is to be made in another state the charge are in the range USD75-750 depending on distance.

Payment
We recommend you to pay upon booking and we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment can also be made later by calling 800 15 446. Voucher to be presented at pick up will be sent by email within 24 hours after booking/payment.

Refundable excess
Should the supplier charge you for the insurance excess following an accident, we will refund the money charged to you pending receipt of proper documentation (receipt for payment, police report, damage report, etc). This is refund of the excess payment, amounts charged for damage not covered by the excess would not be refunded. Nor would there be any refund if the supplier of police determinded that the damage was due to driver negligence.

Our general terms and information are found here, as there are exceptions at certain destinations, please read the specific terms and conditions for your rental car upon booking. We will get back to you within 24 hours weekdays if rate, availability, car type, etc cannot be offered.

Unlimited mileage
There are no limits on how far you can drive with the car, our rates includes unlimited mileage.

Voucher and confirmation
After you have completed your booking you will receive an email with your voucher and a booking confirmation. The voucher is to be presented when you pick up your car to ensure correct billing. If you have not received a voucher please call us on 800 15 446.

Zero excess insurance
With zero excess insurance there will be no charge for excess in case of an accident or damage. Please see terms upon booking.
